Top New Japan Pro Wrestling Star To Appear On WWE Royal Rumble

Wrestling's forbidden door opening more and more over the past year, including the likes of WWE star Shinsuke Nakamura set to return home next year on January 1st for a match against Japanese legend The Great Muta. Now, it seems that WWE also discussing to have top New Japan Pro Wrestling star as one of the surprise Royal Rumble participant.

According to a recent report from Xero News, WWE and Triple H have discussed bringing in Minoru Suzuki for a one-off appearance on January 28th as a surprise entrant in Royal Rumble match.

"Minoru Suzuki was someone internally spoke about as being a potential surprise entrant as a one off for the Royal Rumble."

Recently, PWInsider reported that the former IWGP and Raw Tag Team Champion Karl Anderson will be featured on the card at New Japan's Wrestle Kingdom 17, in early January 2023.

Triple H Considering To Reform Popular WWE Tag Team

WWE creative are considering reuniting the popular tag team of Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa, otherwise known as DIY. According to the reports from Xero News, Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa may reunite once former NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa returns from his current injury.

"There are plans to reunite Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa on Monday Night Raw when Ciampa returns, Triple H thinks DIY will be great for the Tag Team division and wants them to have a run as a team again before fully breaking off into top singles contenders on the main roster."
