WWE Clash At The Castle Results: Liv Morgan Pins Shayna Baszler To Retain SmackDown Women's Championship

On the August 5th episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Shayna Baszler won a gauntlet match by defeating Shotzi, Aliyah, Natalya, Sonya Deville, Raquel Rodriguez and Xia Li and become the #1 contender for the Smackdown Women's Championship match. Later, WWE announced that Liv Morgan will defend her SmackDown Women's Championship against Shayna Baszler at Clash at the Castle.

At the start of the match, Shayna Baszler got the full control of the match and showed her dominance. Then, Liv Morgan fights back and showed her dominance. We also saw few submissions moves from the Morgan. At the closing moments, Liv Morgan countered every attempt thrown her way and ultimately delivered Oblivion on Baszler and pinned her to retain SmackDown Women's Championship.
