Vince McMahon Reportedly Rejected The Idea Of Bayley, Iyo Sky And Dakota Kai Faction

The Role Model Bayley's long awaited return happened at Summer Slam 2022 after Bianca Belair's successful title defense against Becky Lynch. She also brought Iyo Sky (formerly known as Io Shirai in NXT) and Dakota Kai with and had a face off with Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch. Now, we got some interesting backstage details about this new stable.

According to the Fightful Select reports, the idea for this stable was pitched long ago, even before Dakota Kai's release earlier this year. However, the pitch was initially rejected by Vince McMahon. It's also noted that the other versions pitched for the stable included Raquel Rodriguez (FKA Raquel Gonzalez) and former NXT UK Women's Champion Kay Lee Ray (now known as Alba Fyre).
