Reported Update About Future Plans Of Ronda Rousey And Becky Lynch After WWE Summer Slam 2022

At WWE Summer Slam 2022, Bianca Belair successfully defended her Raw Women's Championship against Becky Lynch. After the match, Bayley returned with Dakota Kai and Iyo Sky to confront Belair. Then, Becky Lynch appeared to turn face and backed up Belair.

Meanwhile, Ronda Rousey unsuccessfully challenged Liv Morgan for the SmackDown Women's Championship in a controversial match. Rousey was pinned by Morgan while the latter tapped out to an armbar, which the referee failed to notice. After the match, it seems that Rousey turned heel and attacked Liv Morgan and referee.

According to the PWInsider reports, after WWE Summer Slam 2022, Becky Lynch is now listed as the #2 babyface in the Raw women's division behind Bianca Belair. Ronda Rousey is still internally listed as the #1 babyface for the SmackDown women's division, but it was noted that could change in the days ahead.

It was also announced during this week's Raw that Lynch has suffered a shoulder injury at Summer Slam and will be out of action for several months. How the injury plays into the internal roster of the promotion has not yet been revealed.
