Reported Backstage Reason Why SmackDown Tag Team Championship Match Cancelled At Elimination Chamber

At Elimination Chamber 2022, The Usos set to defend their SmackDown Tag Team Titles against The Viking Raiders. But that match got cancelled after The Usos brutally attacking Viking Raiders before the match starts.

According to the Fightful Select reports, The Usos attacking the Viking Raiders was always the plan. Many believed that WWE took a last-minute decision to cancel the match due to time constraints. The pre-match attack was in the original plan right from the beginning.

There would have been enough time for the match to go ahead if WWE had cut down on some of the repetitive promotional video packages that were played during the show.

As of now, there's no update about the WWE plans to reschedule the match. But it's expected that The Usos defend their SmackDown Tag Team Titles against The Viking Raiders on next edition of Friday Night SmackDown.
