Paul Heyman Reportedly Wanted Aleister Black To Defeat Brock Lesnar At WrestleMania 36

At WrestleMania 36, The Beast Incarnate Brock Lesnar defended his WWE Championship against Drew McIntyre, who got the title opportunity after winning Royal Rumble 2020 match. McIntyre successfully defeated Lesnar to win his first WWE Title. But as per the reports, Paul Heyman wanted Aleister Black to defeat Brock Lesnar.

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that Paul Heyman wanted the former NXT Champion Aleister Black to be in the Drew McIntyre's position to defeat Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 36 but Vince McMahon had other plans.

Drew McIntyre and Brock Lesnar main evented WrestleMania 36 with the WWE Title on line, while Aleister Black faced All Mighty Bobby Lashley in singles match  and also got the huge win against him.
