Reported Reason For Karrion Kross Getting New Gear On WWE Monday Night Raw

On this week's WWE Monday Night Raw, the former NXT Champion Karrion Kross came out with new look. He was wearing a full-face metal helmet and leather straps that went around his chest and abdomen. Kross wrestled without mask and defeated Ricochet via submission.

Now, we got an details about the Karrion Kross new gear. Andrew Zarian of Mat Men Wrestling Podcast reported that change in gear made Kross stand out more since it would help with merchandise sales.

"Spoke to a source regarding Kross’s new ring gear. His response : “Everything & everyone must be marketable. Toys, shirts, imaging, and accessories. You need to stand out to sell and this is how they sell", Zarian tweeted.
