Tonight's WWE Monday Night Raw is live from the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas. It's the Raw's first show Infront of live fans after pandemic outbreak and also Money In The Bank fallout episode.
After John Cena's surprise return to WWE at Money In The Bank 2021 PPV, WWE announced that John Cena will kick-off tonight's WWE Raw and will address his return to the company. And also we see the appearance of new Raw Women's Champion Charlotte Flair and Nikki A.S.H will also appear tonight after winning Women's Money In The Bank briefcase.

- Tonight's WWE Raw opened with 16-time World Champion John Cena making his way to the ring and he got huge pop from the fans. Cena tells rest of the crowd to take their seats and points out the fan celebrating his 11th birthday in the crowd and thanks him. John Cena says he came to see fans and he missed this.
John Cena points out how some fans chants for him and against, and says everyone is live and here. Cena says how loud the crowd is and they pop again. He calls it deafening, electric Monday Night Raw from Dallas Texas.
John Cena goes on and says he's here to explain his return at Money In The Bank 2021 PPV, where he showed up and ruined Roman Reigns championship celebrations. He jokes about the various reactions, from Reigns, Paul Heyman, Michael Cole and Pat McAfee. Who brought Cena back to the WWE? He says fans brought him back.
He further says fans brought him back...so did Roman Reigns. Cena says he's here for WWE Universal Championship. Cena says the where is SummerSlam at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Why? Here’s where it gets interesting. Cena mentions headlining to a record breaking Summer Slam event, a record breaking 17-time WWE championship win but it's not because of that. It's because Roman Reigns is a as***le.
John Cena says Roman Reigns needs to be knocked out a peg. He says this pathetic Roman Reigns experience has gone on long enough. Cena continued that Reigns is an arrogant, self-absorbed, over-hyped, over-protected, over-exposed gimmick. Cena says if you're really good then people will acknowledge you and he gets the reaction from every section in crowd. John Cena says he will be on Smackdown this Friday and can't wait to see Roman Reigns.
John Cena says lets back to business and music hits, here comes Riddle and makes his way to the ring. Riddle and John Cena had "Bro! Bro?" exchange. This segment ends with Cena giving fist bump to Riddle and exits from the ring.
- Riddle and Viking Raiders defeated AJ Styles, Omos and John Morrison via Pinfall. At the closing moments, Riddle grabs drip stick from Miz and sprays it on Omos and gave it back to Miz. Omos turns back and sees Miz having drip stick. Miz pleads and backs his wheelchair on ramp. John Morrison tried to stop Omos but he was thrown into ring by Omos. AJ Styles came to stop Omos on ramp while Viking Raiders hit their finisher on Morrison and pinned for victory.
- Jaxson Ryker defeated Elias via Pinfall in Symphony of Destruction Falls Count Anywhere Match.
- Mansoor at Backstage with Sonya Deville and Adam Pearce, talking about teaming up with Mustafa Ali. Ali walks up and Deville revealed the plans they have about teaming him up with Mansoor next week. Ali says he never said anything about teaming next week and he knows nothing about it.
Mansoor says Ali is trying to teach him things and he thinks he can get better standing alongside Ali. Ali agrees and Mansoor says better not screw this time. US Champion Sheamus walks in and complaining about why he wants to face Humberto Carrillo again as he already beat him. Deville says it's a fair to give a match to Carrillo to earn title shot. Sheamus says don’t be surprised if Carrillo leaves the match in a solid steel mask after Sheamus smashes his face and walks off.
- New Raw Women's Champion Charlotte Flair makes her way to the ring for championship coronation. Charlotte Flair says it's feels good and she's proud of standing here as your queen. She goes on about how past year wasn't good for us but she is here now and she is our opportunity.
Flair says Ripley is a snake and opportunist. Flair says Ripley can do some moves from her book but she can't measure up to the original. Fans started chanting Becky Lynch, Flair says Becky os at home breast feeding while she's dominanting women's division. Flair talks about the congratulatory messages after she winning the Raw Women's Championship last time.
Flair says this win makes her the one-time and final Divas Champion, a five-time RAW Women’s Champion and five-time SmackDown Women’s Champion, making her the only 11-time women’s champion in WWE. Flair goes on about how she beat Rhea Ripley last night and if she had opportunity she would beat Ripley anytime. Music hits, here comes Rhea Ripley.
Ripley says if Charlotte Flair thinks she can beat her any night of the week, then, why not tonight? Flair says Ripley was not in good shape to fight after what she did to her leg and declines it. Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville interrupts from the stage.
Deville congratulates Flair for her incredible accomplishment and brings up what Flair said about beating Rhea Ripley any night. Adam Pearce makes it's official that Rhea Ripley and Charlotte Flair will battle for Raw Women's Championship tonight. Charlotte Flair kicks Rhea Ripley's injured leg and left the ring. Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville checks on Ripley and Flair left to backstage.
- Natalya and Tamina Snuka defeated Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler via Pinfall in non-title match. At the closing moments, Reginald tries to distract the champs and Natalya goes for Reginald but she goes down at ringside. Baszler gets distracted with it then Tamina hits superkick to Baszler and pinned for the win.
After the match, Baszler argued with Jax and Reginald, saying that they were unstoppable before Reginald comes in. Nia Jax stops Baszler and hits headbutt to Reginald and left the ring. Then, 24/7 Champion Akira Tozawa runs in and he was chased by other superstars, but fell down on the ramp. Tozawa in the ring and Reginald pins him to win the 24/7 Champion. Then, he escapes from other superstars and ran away to Backstage.
- Sheamus defeated Humberto Carrillo via Pinfall in non-title match.
- WWE Champion Bobby Lashley and MVP makes their way to the ring. Lashley says he did all of his talking last night by destroying Kofi Kingston, so no more talking. Now, MVP taunts the Dallas crowd for being fans of the NFL’s Dallas Cowboys. He talks about how Lashley made a statement at expense of Kofi Kingston last night.
MVP says actually Kofi words of Lashley being soft are ture but that lit a fire within Lashley. MVP says whoever answers Bobby Lashley's challenge will be annihilated and no one will take away WWE Title from Bobby Lashley. Ge further says no more women, no more champagne, no more fun and games, as Lashley said – no more bullshit. They are back to business and calls out who will come out to accept his challenge. And music interrupts, here comes Limitless One Keith Lee, returning back to Raw.
- Bobby Lashley defeated Keith Lee via Pinfall and successfully retained his WWE Championship. After the match, Bobby Lashley poses in the ring with his title until music hits and here comes out Goldberg. He went face-to-face with Lashley and says you're the next. MVP holds Bobby Lashley back and segment ends.
- MVP and Bobby Lashley walking at backstage and Kevin Patrick approaches them for their comments on Goldberg. MVP says Goldberg disrespected them and they won’t even dignify what he did with a response.
- Jinder Mahal in the ring along with Veer and Shanky. Jinder says today his birthday and it's even gets better as Drew McIntyre is not Mr. Money In The Bank. Jinder shows us how Veer and Shanky interfered in Jinder Mahal vs. Drew McIntyre match two weeks ago. We also see the how he thought he had Drew's sword but it's a replica and how McIntyre destroyed his motorcycle.
Jinder talks about how karma always comes back. He shows us how they attacked Drew McIntyre at Money In The Bank PPV and pulled him out of match. Jinder says he can buy 10 motorcycles but Drew will never have a WWE Title shot until Bobby Lashley is the Champion. Then, Shanky starts singing Happy Birthday to Jinder Mahal.
Then, Drew appears behind them with steel chair and attacks Jinder Mahal and took out Veer. Shanky pleads Drew but he unloads on him with steel chair, Mahal and Veer pleading from stage. Drew tosses destroyed chair away and brings another chair. Drew looks at Jinder and Veer and unloads on Shanky more.
- Jeff Hardy defeated Karrion Kross via Pinfall. After the match, Hardy quickly gets out of the ring and Kross looks shocked. Kevin Patrick interviews Kross in the ring and he says Jeff Hardy made the biggest mistake in his life and at the everyone will fall and pray.
- Alexa Bliss at backstage for another episode of Alexa's Playground. She admits that she's sore from Money In The Bank but it's ok because she has a special guest. She welcomes back Lilly, fresh out of time out. Eva Marie and Doudrop interrupts her asks if this is a joke and thought Doudrop tossing Bliss around last week would’ve taught her a lesson.
Bliss ignores her and says hi to Doudrop, she also says hi to Bliss. Eva tells her to not and threatens Bliss to have Drop trash Lilly at one point in a trash can. Eva says she doesn't want to waste time with Bliss and Lilly and goes back to she fell down while walking, apparently by powers of Bliss or Lilly and segment ends.
- Rhea Ripley defeated Charlotte Flair via disqualification but still Raw Women's Champion Charlotte Flair. At the closing moments, Flair takes her title and going to back but Ripley stops her then she hits Ripley with title to cause disqualification.
After the match, Ripley attacked Charlotte Flair and music hits, here comes Nikki A.S.H with her briefcase. Ripley throws Flair into the ring and Nikki cash-in her Money In The Bank.
- Nikki A.S.H defeated Charlotte Flair via Pinfall and became the new Raw Women's Champion. After the match, Nikki A.S.H. celebrates in the ring with title, then, she went to ringside and celebrates with the title in crowd and Raw goes off air.
