Big E Says He Felt Bad For WWE Raw Superstar After Money In The Bank

The former Intercontinental Champion Big E recently won the Money In The Bank briefcase by overcoming seven other superstars that includes former WWE Champion Drew McIntyre. It was one the big moment in his career and he got the huge reaction from the fans.

Drew McIntyre won his first WWE Championship with no fans at WWE Performance Center due to pandemic. He held the title for two times with for a combined 300 days during the ThunderDome era.

While speaking on Corey Graves After The Bell podcast, Big E discussed about his MITB win and shared his thoughts on Drew McIntyre, who had his biggest moments without live fans.

“A part of me afterwards, as I’ve had time to sit and think, I kind of sat back and felt bad for someone like Drew, who had his biggest moments without people and without fans,” Big E said. “Because if we had that same match in the ThunderDome, I still would’ve been very grateful, I still would’ve had the same emotions, but the stuff that makes you stay up all night [is the fans]. I only slept 90 minutes because I was just sitting in my hotel room buzzing for hours and hours.” (H/T: Sportskeeda)
