Following the releases, former WWE writer Dave Schilling took the Twitter and reacted to this shocking news. He suspected that this releases maybe the sign of WWE could be up for sale.

Dave Schilling also stated that this recent cuts of major names maybe sign of WWE trying to maximize the profits before the the sale. Braun is former world champion and Aleister Black is getting big push, so, their releases itself telling that.
