WWE WrestleMania Backlash 2021 Results: Binaca Belair Retains Smackdown Women's Championship

Binaca Belair won the Smackdown Women's Championship at WrestleMania 37 Night One main event by defeating Sahsa Banks. On following episode of Friday Night Smackdown, Binaca Belair had championship celebrations along with The Street Profits.

Later, new Smackdown Women's Champion Bianca Belair was challenged by the Role Model Bayley. Following week, WWE made it official that Binaca Belair will defend her Smackdown Women's Title against Bayley at WrestleMania Backlash.

At the start of the match, both the women got control over eachother. We saw close calls, Bayley powerhits and Binaca Belair high flying spots. Belair uses new way of hurting opponents with her hair.

Bayley also put Belair through the steel steps at the ringside and that really hurts Belair. At the closing moments, Bayley grabs Belair's hair and taunts her and goes for Bayley-to-Belly for 2-count. Bayley shocks and goes for Rose Plant, Belair blocks it and uses her hair to pin Bayley and retains her Smackdown Women's Title.

After the match, Bayley was shocked and yells at Micheal Cole that her leg was wrapped up and Belair is a cheater. Binaca Belair celebrates in the ring.
