WWE WrestleMania 37 Night One Full Results (April 10th, 2021)

WrestleMania 37 is the two-night event that will take place at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, Florida on April 10th & 11th. It was the first event to allow live fans after pandemic outbreak.

The two big matches for the tonight event is Almighty Bobby Lashley will defend his WWE Championship against Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre and The Boss Sasha Banks will defend her Smackdown Women's Championship against The EST of WWE Binaca Belair.


After winning the Raw Tag Team Titles from Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander, The New Day got big challenge from AJ Styles and Omos. Both the teams will battle in tag team match with the titles on line and it's also Omos in-ring debut.

Other matches are The Swiss Cyborg Cesrao will take on The Messiah Seth Rollins in singles match. The Monster Braun Strowman will battle Shane McMahon in Steel Cage match and Bad Bunny and Damian Priest will take on The Miz and John Morrison in tag team match.


And WWE also announced, Lana and Naomi vs. Dana Brooke and Mandy Rose vs. The Riott Squad (Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott) vs. Natalya and Tamina vs. Billie Kay and Carmella in Tag Team Turmoil Match and winner of this match will get WWE Women's Tag Team Championship Match against Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler at WrestleMania 37 Night Two.




Here The WrestleMania 37 Night One Full Matches And Results With Short Review:


- WrestleMania 37 Night 1 kicks off with WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon. He was on the stage along with entire WWE roster. He says WWE talent is performing tirelesly over past several months and weeks but they always knew that there is something missing, that's the most important part of the show - fans, WWE Universe. Vince says as we emerge for this dreadful pandemic and on behalf of WWE family, Vince says Welcome to the to WrestleMania for fans.


- Singer Bebe Rexha introduced and she sings 'America The Beautiful' song, the entire roster looks on from the stage. She completed her get performance and crowd pops.



- Micheal Cole welcomes us to the ringside and he was joined by Byron Saxton and Samoa Joe. They talks about the weather issues and opening match is delayed due to bad weather. This match will resume when the weather permits.




- Sarah Scheriber at backstage with Shane McMahon and he talks about the energy of the fans back to the arena and says opener will gave goosebumps. Then, he talks about his steel cage match against Braun Strowman but MVP and WWE Champion Bobby Lashley interrupts him. MVP says time for talking is done but Drew McIntyre interrupts and have words with Bobby Lashley, MVP get in between them and officials came to seperate them. We go to Kevin Patrick, who was with the Raw Tag Team Champions New Day and they cuts promo about AJ Styles and Omos. Intercontinental Champion Big E also joins them.




- Sarah Scheriber at backstage with Braun Strowman and he's hyped to punish Shane McMahon. Kevin Patrick with Kevin Owens and asks about Sami Zyan, Owens talks about history between him and Sami. He says he will stomp Sami tomorrow and if Logan Paul wants some, he also gets it. Sarah Scheriber interviews Binaca Belair and she says she is ready to make history. Kevin with Seth Rollins and he's confident that he's going to beat Cesaro. Sarah with The Miz and John Morrison and they cuts promo about Bad Bunny and Damian Priest.



- Finally, fans are filling back to the seating and WrestleMania 37 hosts, Titus O'Neil and Hulk Hogan make their way out and hypes the tonight event. Titus O'Neil says it's one year, one month and one day, we are back to the business. They mentions first match for tonight for WWE Championship and hypes both Bobby Lashley and Drew McIntyre.




- The Almighty Bobby Lashley defeated Scottish Warrior Drew McIntyre via submission and successfully retained his WWE Championship. After the match, MVP and Bobby Lashley celebrates in the ring, while, Drew is recovering from the ring.



- Titus O'Neil at Backstage with 2020 Hall of Famers nWo - Hulk Hogan, Sean Waltman, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash. Bayley appears and says she's hosts a most popular show, "Ding Dong, Hello!' and if Hulk Hogan and Titus O'Neil needs her help to hosting the tonight's event, she's here. They seems not interested.



- Natalya and Tamina Snuka defeated Lana and Naomi, Carmella and Billie Kay, Mandy Rose and Dana Brooke, and Liv Morgan and Ruby Riott in Tag Team Turmoil Match and became the new #1 Contender's for WWE Women's Tag Team Titles held by Nia Jax and Shayna Baszler. This title match will take place at WrestleMania 37 Night Two.


- The Swiss Cyborg Cesrao defeated The Messiah Seth Rollins via Pinfall in Singles Match. After the match, emotional Cesaro stands tall and crowd gaves standing ovation for Swiss Superman. Cesaro continued celebrations and crowd pops.




- We see the video package of Jey Uso winning Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal and Smackdown Tag Team Champions Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode successfully retaining their titles on WWE Friday Night Smackdown.

Kayla Braxton with Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode and they talks about being here. Then, Kayla asks about other tag team matches tonight. They gave props to AJ Styles and Omos and how they going to defeat Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods to win Raw Tag Team Titles. Now, they are clicking photos with WWE Hall of Famers.


- AJ Styles and Omos defeated The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods) via Pinfall and became the New Raw Tag Team Champions. After the match, AJ Styles celebrates with the titles running around and Omos standing tall.



- Braun Strowman defeated Shane McMahon via Pinfall in Steel Cage Match. During the match, Elias and Jaxson Ryker interfered but Braun Strowman took them out. After the match, Braun Strowman stood tall and celebrates.


- We see the video package of WWE Hall of Fame induction ceremony took place earlier this week. Bayley interrupts the commentary panel and annoys them and we here the 'Becky Lynch' chant from the fans. 



Mike Rome in the ring and introduces WWE Hall of Famers - JBL, William Shatner (who is not here), The Bella Twins, Jushin Thunder Liger (who is also not here), Warrior Award recipient Titus O’Neil, and the family of The British Bulldog, they all poses on the stage. The nWo music hits next and out comes Hulk Hogan, Sean Waltman, Scott Hall and Kevin Nash.



- We got the promo of WrestleMania 38 from AT&T stadium in Dallas, Texas, narrated by WWE Hall of Famer Stone Cold Steve Austin.


- Some people dressed like Easter Bunnies and made their way to the ring. Then, The Miz and John Morrison came out and performed 'Hey Hey Hop Hop' song. They joined the bunnies in the ring.



- Bad Bunny and Damian Priest defeated The Miz and John Morrison via Pinfall in tag team match. After the match, Bad Bunny and Damian Priest celebrates and poses in the ring.





- Bianca Belair defeated Sasha Banks via Pinfall and became the new Smackdown Women's Champion. After the match, Bianca Belair celebrates in the ring and raises title. We also see the Belair's family celebrating at ringside. Sasha Banks looks from the ringside and we can see a big mark on Banks ribs. Bianca Belair continued her celebrations in the ring and WrestleMania 37 Night One goes off air.
