Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander were unable to find the spot in WWE last year but that all changed after MVP recruiting them into Hurt Business Faction. Bobby Lashley, MVP, Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin became the dominant force on Monday Night Raw and Cedric and Shelton won the Raw Tag Team Titles too.
But few weeks back it changed, they lost their Raw Tag Team Titles and the faction is broke up. Fans were unhappy about the WWE's decision and Hurt Business members also expressed their displeasure about breaking up the faction with the Vince McMahon decision.

According to the report of Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Bobby Lashley tried to talk with Vince McMahon about this but WWE Chairman completely given up on Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander.
Following the Hurt Business split up, Bobby Lashley defeated both Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander in Singles Match on following episodes of Monday Night Raw.
