On this week's Friday Night Smackdown, Daniel Bryan demanded for a rematch for Universal Title after his controversial loss at WWE Fastlane and at the end of the show, Adam Pearce announced that it will be Edge vs. Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan for Universal Title at WrestleMania 37.

On the latest edition of Talking Smack, Paul Heyman discussed about added Daniel Bryan to the Universal Championship Match at WrestleMania 37.

While talking about it, the special counsel of Roman Reigns, Paul Heyman said that Edge and Daniel Bryan thinking that WrestleMania is 'grand resurrection' of their careers but Roman Reigns has been pushed too for. Then, Paul Heyman sent a huge warning that Roman Reigns is capable of putting both Edge and Daniel Bryan back to the retirement.

“You know, Edge was forced into his retirement once before. What makes you think, if you back Roman Reigns into this corner, that he’s not capable of putting Edge right back into retirement? Daniel Bryan was forced into retirement once before. What makes you think Roman Reigns is not capable of putting Daniel Bryan right back into retirement? Do you think this is your typical Champion? Do you think Roman Reigns is not man enough, is not blatantly savage enough, to take down both Edge and Daniel Bryan and put them back into retirement?” (H/T: SK Wrestling)

Daniel Bryan was once forced to retire from the in-ring competition due to concussions problems but recovered from it and return to the in-ring competition in 2018. Similarly, Edge also retired from in-ring competition in 2011 and made his return to in-ring competition in 2020 at Royal Rumble PPV.
