Intercontinental Champion Big E Set To Defend His Title Next Week On SmackDown

Big E is set ready for his first IC Title defence on next week's Smackdown aganist Apollo Crews.

Tonight on Smackdown, Big E set to face King Corbin in non-title match which was ended in DQ after Sami Zyan's interference. Then, Corbin and Sami double-teamed on Big E but Apollo Crews came to save Big E, which leads to tag team match between Big E & Apollo Crews vs. King Corbin & Sami Zyan.

Big E and Apollo Crews won the match after Corbin left abandoned Sami Zyan in the match. Later on backstage interview with Kyla Braxton, Big E issues open challenge for his IC title and Apollo Crews, who was along with him, took the opportunity to accept his challenge.

Later, WWE officialy announced that Big E will face Apollo Crews on next week's Smackdown with IC title on line.
