Zelina Vega Revealed The Cancelled Plans Of Aleister Black

WWE Superstar Zelina Vega recently appeared as guest on Lilian Garcia's podcast and revealed the dropped plans of her husband Aleister Black. She said there were plans of Aleister Black to win the United States Championship from Andrade but later it was cancelled.

“Because initially, we were supposed to drop our — I said ‘our’. Oh my God, what’s the title? Yes, that one, the United States Championship. We were supposed to drop that to Aleister and we were gonna add the element of my confusion into it and it didn’t end up happening obviously. One got hurt and another whole thing but yeah, I wanted to keep the reality of people believing that more than anything else so, it’s nice to keep it just for us but also to keep the storylines fresh and believable as possible.” (H/T: POST Wrestling)

Aleister Black made his main roster debut in February 2019 with lot of hype on Monday Night Raw. He had booked with undefeated steak in singles competition and pinned big superstars like AJ Styles and Bobby Lashley. 

Later he involved in the feud with Rey Mysterio and Seth Rollins. He then Seth Rollins and Murphy injured Aleister Black's eye and he missed some time in WWE TV. Later he returned to WWE in August on Raw as a special guest on KO Show hosted by Kevin Owens.

Aleister Black attacked Owens on his return and turned heel. Both had feud and then Black was drafted to Smackdown during the WWE Draft and Zelina Vega also moved to blue brand.
